• Friday 27 February 2026 Supersonic Success for Our Year 9 and 10 Esports Teams Students from Years 9 and 10 at Haygrove School travelled to Teignmouth Community School to take part in the second Supersonic Showcase—an exciting esports tournament open to schools of all types from across the Southwest. Although the competition drew teams from a wide area, the majority of schools represented were from Devon, giving the event a real regional buzz.
• Thursday 26 February 2026 Year 7 Football Team Shine in First Match of the Season Our Year 7 football team showed real determination and team spirit in their recent match against King Alfred's School just before halfterm. They were resilient in tough moments, worked tirelessly for each other, and played with confidence and passion throughout the game. For a first match as a team, their performance was incredibly impressive and a brilliant sign of what's to come!

• Tuesday 16 December 2025 Haygrove Trampoline Squad Shine at Regional Competition Twenty-four members of the Haygrove Trampoline Squad took part in the South West Regional Schools Competition at Hutton Moor Leisure Centre in Weston-super-Mare on Sunday 7 December. Students competed against schools from across Somerset, Devon, Dorset and Cornwall and performed exceptionally well throughout the day.
• Monday 15 December 2025 Haygrove School Spreads Festive Cheer at Rosary Nursing Home Haygrove School students brought joy, music and festive spirit to the Rosary Nursing Home last week, delivering a performance full of Christmas cheer.
• Thursday 11 December 2025 Sharing Christmas Creativity at Knowle Hall Haygrove students recently enjoyed another visit to Knowle Hall to spend time with Chinese students from our partner schools in the Yew Wah Foundation. This was one of many regular exchange visits that give students the chance to get to know each other and share experiences.

We are delighted to share the exciting news that India, has had her university-style assignment published in The Scholar, the academic journal of The Brilliant Club. This termly publication showcases outstanding work produced by pupils on The Scholars Programme and is the only academic journal in the UK dedicated to publishing original research by school students.
• Thursday 23 October 2025 Building Global Friendships with Yew Wah As part of our partnership with the Yew Wah Foundation, our students have had the wonderful opportunity to work alongside Chinese students from Knowle Hall in a series of exciting joint activities this term. This cultural exchange has given our pupils the chance to make new friendships, develop their teamwork skills, and explore new ways of learning.
