We are delighted to share some exciting news for our Year 9 students as they prepare to transition into Key Stage 4 and begin their GCSE journey.

We have secured a fantastic opportunity in partnership with Next Steps South West, an organisation that works closely with the school to support students in thinking about their future pathways and aspirations beyond Haygrove. On Thursday 16th July, representatives from the company will visit Haygrove to deliver a dedicated revision and study skills workshop for all Year 9 students. The session has been carefully designed to help students begin thinking positively about their GCSEs, develop effective revision habits, and feel confident about the exciting challenges ahead.

The timing of the workshop is perfect, taking place just before the summer holidays. It will encourage students to start taking ownership of their learning and return in September feeling motivated, prepared, and ready to embrace life in KS4 with enthusiasm and ambition.
