The Great Haygrove Home Bake Off Competition!

We are starting a Haygrove Home Bake Off Competition over the next 3 weeks to test out the culinary skills of our students and our staff and to help them demonstrate and develop their character traits. Each week there will be a different challenge.

You can enter all or just some of the weekly challenges.

Entries will be made at home and photographs and write-ups must be uploaded onto Google Classroom or emailed to Mrs Hardman Ahardman@haygrove.somerset.sch.uk by the weekly deadlines specified below.

YOU MUST use your school email account to send entries via email and for all entries, please don't forget to include you name, tutor group and house (name and house for staff entries) when you send in your entry.

All entrants will be awarded a house point and each week a Star Student Baker and a Star Staff Baker will be chosen from the entries and will receive a prize once we return to school.

Entries will be judged against the marking criteria set for each weeks challenge.

We realise that some baking ingredients might be harder to find at the moment so do feel free to explore new recipies and use your imagination and creativity to overcome any problems posed by the current lockdown situation.
