We know how important it is to our parents to know what is happening at school. Being able to find the information you need quickly and easily, as well as knowing how best to contact the school when you have a question or concern, is vital.

We are delighted you are considering our school for your child. Haygrove is an excellent secondary school where pupils make good progress and achieve outstanding examination results.
Below are links to some of the important information you need to make the right decision for your family:
Over 800 people have visited our school over the past fortnight for our Open Mornings and our Open Evening! Many families attended both a morning event and the Open Evening to ensure they took away a thorough understanding of our school prior to deciding which secondary school will be best for their son or daughter.
Headteacher, Mr Reid, spoke to two packed halls of prospective parents and students, explaining our school ethos and approach to teaching and learning and how we ensure each young person is appropriately cared for and kept safe at school. Mr Reid also spoke our new school building which is underway and should be open for business in September 2020.
Each school department put on wonderful activities, games and demonstrations for the visiting primary school children and their families to get involved in and find out what the priorities are in each subject area. There were fabulous science experiments, a chance to cook your own pizza, table tennis, fitness challenges, sports displays, the opportunity to create a piece of art plus DT demonstrations, language quizzes, maths puzzles and our English department was transformed into a Harry Potter world for the evening.
Thank you to everyone who made our 2019 Open Events hugely successful and we hope our local community received the insight and information required to make the important decision of which secondary school is right for their children.
