We would like to advise parents to, if possible, walk to our Open Evening on Wednesday 26 September from 7 pm. If travel by car is essential, please allow plenty of time as there could be congestion in the area due to the start of the Bridgwater Fair and on-going roadworks on Durleigh Road. Access to Durleigh Road is possible via Woodbury Road and Oakfield Road. There will be limited parking available on the school site, but please be patient and courteous as you arrive so that the area is safe for everyone. There may be parking available in surrounding streets.

On Wednesday 27 June, nine of our top cricketers in Year 9/10 traveled to the Uphill Castle Cricket Club in Weston to play the finals of the Under 15 Chance To Shine Cricket Tournament. In the sweltering heat our boys played absalutely brilliantly, managing to win all of their games and securing their place in the final match (TBC).
Coached by PE teacher Mr Cook, the lads did themselves and the school proud by demonstrating amazing skill, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the day. The team list was as follows:
Ben Cotton (captain), Joe Redman, Kieran Barrow, Harrison French, Dan James-Stone, Oli Washer, Naffa Warren, Hayden Langlois and Tyler Coleman (reserve).
A massive well done to all and we wish them the best of luck in the finals.
