We are delighted you are considering our school for your child. Haygrove is an excellent secondary school where pupils make good progress and achieve outstanding examination results.
Below are links to some of the important information you need to make the right decision for your family:
Headteacher, Mrs Canham, has had the difficult task of choosing a winning design for each of the school's new Houses which are each named after explorers who have conquered Everest.
The Houses are already colour-coded, but the students and staff were keen to give each a clear and unique identity and so the task of designing 'house logos' was set in motion. Students from across the school submitted their ideas, but only three designs from each House were short-listed, these designs were then passed to the Headteacher for final scrutiny.
Racheal (Year 8), Hazel (Year 7), Rhiannon (Year 11) and Lauren (Year 10) were all told the news that their designs had been chosen to represent their House (Mallory, Bonington, Hargreaves and Stephens respectively) during morning assembly and they will now see them transformed into House Badges that will be given to every student in the school.
Congratulations to the runner's up who designs were shortlisted:
Mallory - Kate (Year 10), Rebecca (Year 8)
Bonington - Luke (Year 8), Rebecca (Year 7)
Hargreaves - Joel (Year 11), Ella (Year 10)
Stephens - Olivia (Year 9), Steph (Year 11)
