We know how important it is to our parents to know what is happening at school. Being able to find the information you need quickly and easily, as well as knowing how best to contact the school when you have a question or concern, is vital.

We are delighted you are considering our school for your child. Haygrove is an excellent secondary school where pupils make good progress and achieve outstanding examination results.
Below are links to some of the important information you need to make the right decision for your family:
On the 5th February Haygrove were visited by MADE for Education who provided bespoke, high impact workshops to support all Year 11 students, helping them develop new revision techniques.
"Exams MADE Easy/Rapid Revision" is an interactive and engaging 2 hour workshop which helps students to develop core skills in time management, revising and memorising and, as all of the workshops are linked to the National Curriculum the students will be able to immediately apply their new found skills to their revision and study plans.
On the evening of the 5th Feb, parents and carers attended a brilliant 60 minute ‘twilight session'. This session reiterated what was presented to the students to showcase these techniques to parents so they can help reinforce these ideas when at home.
"I really enjoyed the workshop! It made revision seem way less stressful and I will definitely use the techniques that we learnt about. The man running it was great too, he made it really fun and engaging. We also went to the parents evening which my mum thought was very helpful, particularly the bit about the revision environment!." - Year 11 student
Our students behaved brilliantly during the workshops, proving that they are a real credit to the school. A massive thank you goes to Sander from MADE for coming in presenting all of the sessions and we'd like to thank Next Steps South West for supporting this event.
Please have a look at the video created by MADE which showcases more of what the students learnt.
