Haygrove School is an Academy school and as such the Governing Body is the admissions authority for the school.
At present, our annual Student Admission Number is 214 students.

We hold three Open Mornings and an Open Evening in the Autumn Term, when you and your family can come and see our school in action and talk to the Headteacher and staff.
Year 6 to Year 7 transition 2018 admissions
All applications for admission, must be submitted to your home Local Authority by the closing date and will be considered under the Equal Preference with Ranking system of allocation.
The Local Authority will forward all applications to the school and the Governing Body will rank them against the oversubscription criteria set out in our Admissions Policy.
This list will then be returned to the Local Authority under the coordinated admissions scheme and they will make a single offer of a place by email and letters, usually in early March.
The closing date for starting school applications is 23:59 hours on 31 October 2018.
You can apply online or using a paper application. If you applied online you will receive an email on 1 March 2019 (or the next working day if this is a weekend or bank holiday) and if you applied using a paper application form you will be sent a letter by second class post on the same day. Information will not be given out over the phone or in person at the Council offices.
From 1 March you can view the outcome of your application by logging into the online application system here.
If you submit your application after the 31 October 2018 your notification will be delayed.

The consultation on Haygrove School 2019/20 admission arrangements is from 15 December 2017 until 31 January 2018. If you wish to comment on these arrangements please e-mail email@example.com.
A final copy of the determined admission arrangements will be displayed on the website by 28 February 2018.
